1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the APPadap website or platform, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who can use APPadap

APPadap is intended for advanced practice providers (MDs, DOs, CRNAs, NPs, PAs, APRNs, RNs, and similar credentialed clinicians) and authorized representatives of staffing agencies, healthcare facilities, and service partners. You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and provide accurate verification information.

3. What APPadap is — and is not

APPadap is a discovery, community, and tracking platform. We aggregate locum-tenens job listings, host an opt-in community of credentialed clinicians, and provide tools for income tracking, credentialing tracking, and relocation logistics.
APPadap is not a staffing agency, recruiting firm, or employer of record. We do not place providers, sign contracts on your behalf, or act as your employer.
APPadap is not a healthcare provider. The platform is not for clinical use, does not contain medical advice, and is not designed to support clinical decision-making.
APPadap is not a tax preparer, accountant, or financial advisor. Income features are estimation tools only and are not tax advice. Always consult a qualified CPA or tax professional.
APPadap is not a law firm. Information about scope of practice, licensing, malpractice, and similar topics is general and informational only.

4. Account and verification

You agree to provide truthful information during account creation and verification, including your real name, NPI number (if applicable), and government-issued ID. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported to relevant authorities. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Reviews and community content

You may post reviews and forum content about agencies, facilities, and locum-related topics. By doing so, you grant APPadap a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You agree that:

Your content is truthful and reflects your good-faith experience or opinion.
Your content does not contain Protected Health Information about any patient.
Your content does not defame, harass, or threaten any person or entity.
Your content does not violate the confidentiality terms of any contract you have signed (e.g., non-disparagement clauses) — you are solely responsible for ensuring this.
You will follow our community guidelines.

APPadap reserves the right to moderate, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, but we are under no obligation to monitor content proactively.

6. Editorial integrity

APPadap operates under a published editorial policy. Commercial relationships do not influence review visibility, ranking, or moderation.

7. Affiliate and partner relationships

APPadap earns revenue from staffing partners (typically a placement fee on signed assignments) and from disclosed affiliate partners (housing, transport, services). See our affiliate disclosure for details.

8. Prohibited conduct

Misrepresenting your credentials, identity, or affiliation.
Scraping, reselling, or republishing platform content without permission.
Posting Protected Health Information.
Attempting to circumvent verification, moderation, or security controls.
Using APPadap for unlawful purposes or to harass, threaten, or defame any person.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or up to date; that reviews are truthful; or that staffing partners will perform as expected. You use the platform, and apply to assignments, at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APPadap and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold APPadap harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from (a) your use of the platform, (b) your content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third party rights.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material violation of these Terms, fraud, or behavior that endangers the platform or community. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in [Delaware / specified venue], with limited exceptions for small-claims and injunctive relief. Class actions and class-wide arbitration are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or in-platform at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
